📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver training sessions using real-world scenarios to ensure practical learning outcomes.

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the impact of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using training management software such as LMS (Learning Management System).
• Ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions.
• Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
