📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all technical systems within the hotel, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and standards.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation and records of all engineering activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions with guest services.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing technical systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Certification in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., NEBOSH, BEM, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
