📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skill development and performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
• Utilize HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to streamline HR processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR processes and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
