📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and orders using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer support, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and orders.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer engagement.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a related role.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
