📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice to executives and management on corporate matters, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international laws.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to support business operations, transactions, and corporate governance.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and agreements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
• Represent the company in legal matters, including negotiations and litigation.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong background in energy sector law.
• Knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
