📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events, trade shows, and product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize event impact and attendance.
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Analyze event performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on event progress and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
Proficient in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, and email marketing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for event planning and execution.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
