📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage and supervise a team of site workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and reports using tools like Procore, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
• Ensure all construction activities are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth progress.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and any potential issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certifications in Construction Management, such as PMP or CAPM, are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
