📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using our advanced HRIS system and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assess candidate fit
• Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to attract the right candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires
• Proficient in using HRIS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Certification in HR or a related field is a plus
