📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular store audits to ensure beauty products are displayed according to brand guidelines and promotions.
• Work with retail teams to plan and execute promotional activities, including in-store events and displays.
• Monitor sales performance of beauty products and provide regular reports to the management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that promotional materials and point-of-sale displays are up-to-date and visually appealing.
• Train and mentor junior staff on beauty product knowledge and merchandising techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the beauty industry and apply this knowledge to improve product visibility and sales.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to product handling and merchandising.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic plans for beauty product sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, including brands, trends, and market dynamics.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with retail teams and other departments.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Certification in beauty merchandising or retail management is an advantage.
