Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive food and beverage menu that complements South East Brewing Co’s craft beers and other beverages.
• Oversee daily food preparation, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient operations.
• Train and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring they meet the brand’s high standards.
• Collaborate with the brewing team to create innovative culinary experiences that showcase the brewery’s products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, well-organized kitchen.
• Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing of ingredients to support the kitchen’s needs.
• Participate in cost control measures to ensure the profitability of the food and beverage offerings.
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and incorporate them into the menu where appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or brewery.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a culinary team and driving operational excellence.
