📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day management of premium residential properties, including villas, townhouses, and apartments.,Ensure the smooth operation of the property, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations.,Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing prompt and professional responses.,Maintain accurate records of all property transactions, including rent, maintenance, and repairs.,Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues or maintenance needs.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants.,Collaborate with the Savills Property Management team to ensure consistent service delivery across all properties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on residential properties.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with property management software and tools.,Previous experience working in Bali or a similar tropical destination is a plus.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for property inspections and tenant visits.
