Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and condition of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.Coordinate with the front office and other departments to ensure that housekeeping needs are met in a timely manner.Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the required standards of cleanliness and service.Ensure that all housekeeping supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.Monitor and report on housekeeping performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Ensure that all housekeeping procedures and protocols are followed, and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.Maintain a high level of professionalism and guest satisfaction, ensuring that all interactions with guests are positive and courteous.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or high-end resort setting.Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, protocols, and best practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other departments.Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness and service.Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and the ability to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with both international and local guests.🛠️ Keahlian
