📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.,Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Prepare and maintain store reports, including sales, inventory, and customer data.,Train and supervise junior store staff on administrative tasks and customer service.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store administration or retail management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a must.
