🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
