📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Analyze audit findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement audit plans and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.
  • Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
