📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B department, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the F&B offerings and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of F&B staff, providing leadership and support to ensure their professional growth.
  • Monitor and control inventory, budget, and costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve F&B operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior F&B role, preferably in a luxury or upscale hotel.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
