📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and designers to create innovative and functional designs.,Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and 3D models, to clients and stakeholders.,Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including plans, specifications, and details.,Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.,Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.,Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.,Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus.
