Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.🛠️ Keahlian
