📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations,Assess training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Evaluate and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus,Ability to travel to different locations as needed
