📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Train and develop team members to enhance their performance and skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor cash transactions and ensure accuracy and security.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Promote a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Knowledge of financial reporting and basic accounting principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with customer service best practices.,High school diploma or equivalent.
