PT Mega Indah is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, assisting in sourcing and attracting top talent, and contributing to the development of our talent acquisition strategy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.,Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,0-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
