As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing financial analysis to support the company's decision-making process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations,Provide financial analysis and reports to support the company's decision-making process,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts,Provide assistance to the accounting team in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting-related tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
