📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
