In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that help our employees develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Create and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.,Assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to identify learning needs and develop solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Evaluate and select learning technologies and tools that support the company's learning objectives.,Measure and report on the impact of learning programs on employee performance and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.,Experience with instructional design and development is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
