📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Visit and engage with potential clients in various locations across Bali.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Manage and track sales performance using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales management team.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food service or distribution industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce.
- Familiarity with the food service industry in Bali is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
