📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Support the recruitment team in managing the applicant tracking system.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and person specifications.,Support the recruitment team in managing the recruitment budget.,Assist in the organization of recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
