📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee staff performance, conduct regular training sessions, and provide feedback.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and ensure timely restocking.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance.,Experience with inventory management and sales strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
