You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily molding operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high product standards.
• Support the Molding Supervisor in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and maintain molding equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide regular reports on production performance and quality metrics to the Molding Supervisor and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or molding-related role.
• Proven experience in overseeing molding operations and ensuring quality standards.
• Familiarity with molding techniques and equipment, such as injection molding and blow molding.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
