📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplining as necessary.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and availability of food and beverage products.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Knowledge of inventory management, food and beverage service, and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving sales and profitability in previous roles.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
