We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at CV Yudha Usaha in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent culinary skills, and a strong work ethic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.,Ensure food safety and quality by following health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a team and under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.,Ability to work in a remote setting.
