📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the management and supervision of store operations.
  • Ensure the store meets all sales and operational targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment.
  • Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized for a pleasant shopping experience.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
