As the Lead Warehouse Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their tasks efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.,Implement and enforce warehouse procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and safety.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
