📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Ensure all financial transactions are processed correctly and in compliance with company policies.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Monitor cashier operations to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and submit accurate financial reports.,Handle cashier duties including opening and closing the cash register.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.,Train and develop cashier staff to maintain high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a clinic or healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in customer service or cash handling are a plus.
