📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking.,Ensure high-quality food by maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.,Manage and train kitchen staff to uphold quality and service standards.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and food costs.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Promote a positive and professional work environment in the kitchen.,Handle staff scheduling and ensure efficient kitchen workflow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven ability to manage and train kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience in menu development and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
