Facility Specialist - Workplace Operations & Maintenance

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for workplace facilities.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any issues or maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure that facilities are available and ready for use.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide regular reports and updates on the status of facilities and maintenance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of facility operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of facility operations with overall project objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., RICS, BIFM) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software (e.g., SAP, IBM Maximo).
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining workplace facilities in a multi-cultural environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
