📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of product quality.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they understand and follow production procedures.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of materials.,Address and resolve any production issues that may arise.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food production industry.,Proven track record of managing production processes and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid food safety certification is a plus.
