🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a collections or financial analysis role.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in financial analysis or collections (e.g., Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Collections Professional (CCP)) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
