📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and cleaning the store.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Work closely with the Shop Assistant to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Follow and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Shop Assistant or store manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and able to work well in a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work in a retail environment for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
